This IMAGINE: The Journey from Institutional to Missional Church course equips pastors and ministry leaders to shift from an institutional model of church to a vibrant, missional paradigm rooted in the Great Commandment. Participants will explore six key indicators of institutional thinking and how to embrace a more relational, Spirit-led approach to life and ministry. Along the way, leaders will be guided through the challenges of rapid change, rediscover the power of gratitude, and learn to live and lead with grace in a culture of entitlement—helping churches become more faithful, flexible, and missionally focused.
