The Discovering Great Conversations course is a practical and relational course that equips pastors and ministry leaders to strengthen trust and build meaningful “caring-connections” in every sphere of life—personal, pastoral, and professional. Participants will gain greater awareness of how to meet key relational needs such as attention, support, respect, and encouragement. Through assessments and hands-on practice, participants will develop essential skills like active and reflective listening, appropriate vulnerability, and compassionate communication. Emphasizing the spiritual and emotional impact of truly knowing and caring for others, this course will help deepen connections with family, friends, congregants, and colleagues—transforming relationships through intentional presence and Christ-like empathy.
